RATED is a product of 3BG, LLC and a social party game for entertainment. By using RATED, you agree to these Terms of Use and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

Profiles

Use a display name and last initial. You do not need to provide a legal name. Do not impersonate another person. Guests can join without creating a profile.

Age eligibility

RATED is for people age 13 and older. After Hours requires age 18 or older. Follow the eligibility controls provided by your device and do not attempt to bypass them.

Purchases

Apple or Google Play processes purchases under the applicable store payment and refund rules. Eligible purchases can be restored through the store account that acquired them. A host’s category purchase unlocks that category for eligible guests in the host’s room; guests do not need to buy it separately.

Acceptable use

RATED has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Do not submit unlawful, threatening, hateful, sexually exploitative, harassing, or infringing material, including display names and custom topics. Do not interfere with games, impersonate others, or access another person’s profile. Use Room Safety to report content or players, block a participant, hide a topic, or leave. We may remove content and suspend abusive users. Custom submissions require acceptance of the Custom Content Rules and permission to send the topic to OpenAI. AI-generated information can be inaccurate; do not rely on it as factual advice.

Availability and changes

Features may change, be interrupted, or be removed. RATED is provided as available without a promise that every feature will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Ending your profile

You can delete your profile from Profile or request deletion at www.ratedthegame.com/delete-account/. We may suspend access to protect the service or enforce these terms. Deleting a profile does not refund store purchases.
